I had the awesome task today of contacting the finalists in the Mystery/Suspense/Thriller category of the ACFW Genesis Contest. This is my first year as a category coordinator, and I have a new respect for those who have served in this capacity in the past, and for the contest coordinator, Camy Tang. This year there were 486 entries, and in the first round there are three judges for every entry, so that’s a LOT of work! I can’t tell you how much I’ve enjoyed working with the writers who entered and judged.
