In her role as president of Bluegrass Writers Coalition, Ginny will conduct the award ceremony for the organization’s annual Kentucky Visions Short Story Contest in the Rotunda at the Kentucky State Capitol building. She will be joined by Lindy Casebier, Secretary of the Kentucky Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet to announce the finalists and winners of the contest, which recognizes the best of the best in short fiction written by or about Kentuckians.
